ELLIES REVIEW “I decided to start having personal training, as I wanted to lose some weight and tone up. I didn’t have an effective gym structure before starting, and felt intimidated in big, busy gyms. However, since starting I have gained much more confidence in using the different gym equipment and have seen results in my body shape and fitness. Darren is a great motivator and keeps me on track to gaining results, giving me weekly meal and activity plans, as well as my workout sessions in the gym. I train 3 times a week with Darren, and he always fits me in at times convenient to me and my studies. Although the sessions are tough, I feel really great afterwards and enjoy seeing the results.”
