My ethos is I am a coach, ‘coach’ meaning I prepare actions specifically to match your current state and goals, many personal trainers just put clients through non specific, generic programs week in week out resulting to them not matching their set goal or then increasing the risk of injury. Being a personal trainer in Swansea is what I love the most. It can sometimes be challenging but the results are literally life changing.
