The Small Group training classes includes the following:
-Once a month fitness analysis (monitor your progression)
-Access to our private Facebook group
-Nutrition calculation for you body type
-Nutrition guides
-Free Gym Membership
-Access to up to 4 Sessions a week
-Teach and educate you the correct techniques and develop your progress.
-Classes are mixture of cardio & core, Circuits, strength and conditioning. hiit, tabata, Speed & agility etc
-Daily/Weekly/monthly challenges (Extra incentives)
-Education on creating New good habits
