Alison Lloyd “My 6 Week Transformation Programme…..
Fed up of feeling sluggish,staring at a wardrobe full of clothes that were too tight and feeling self conscious about weight I had gained along with the worry of my increasing blood pressure and the medication I was taking..I took the plunge and signed up for the 6 week programme with Darren.
I had no idea about what to expect so I went along feeling very nervous and anxious for a chat and consultation. No..it wasn’t pleasant being weighed and measured and I needed a letter from my GP to get going with my BP being so high..and so I was on my way.
I actually felt better just for making the decision to do something positive.
The programme and diet (all natural foods, no supplements) was planned specifically for me by Darren and I had the constant support and knowledge that I could message for advice on choices if needed.
And the training? It was tough!!..BUT I throughly enjoyed every session..never got bored and when I thought at times I couldn’t go on..I did..because Darren encouraged me every step of the way. Yes,I ached like mad but I knew I was progressing, the 6 weeks flew past and I remained committed even though I had Birthday celebrations, a weekend to a theme park and a holiday in Ireland (all factors that could have been an excuse not to go ahead in the first place) we just worked around them.
And the results?..after just 6 weeks I’ve lost 1 stone 4lbs and an impressive total of 15 inches on body measurements..but most importantly my Blood Pressure is under control and I am already off some of the medication that had the worst side effects. I feel energised, happier, more confident and so much better in myself..and my clothes!! Amazingly..the treadmill, the bike, step machine and rowing machine were NOT part of the programme 🙂 I achieved this using weights,resistance workouts and large muscle movements, all planned and designed for me.
This programme with Darren at TPTS works without a doubt and I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to start a journey to fitness,weight loss and generally feeling better.
I am actually going to miss this programme but I’m determined to keep going and use the excellent facilities at TPTS.”
