I’ve gained so many new habits since starting the challenge:
1) Eating more: I used to just eat one meal a day but now I eat 3 times a day and feel alot better for it and lost weight doing it.
2) Count my steps: I now make sure I do at least 10k a day even on the days I’m not working out, still makes me feel I’ve achieved a goal and feels good.
3) Take some me time away from technology- I do that every day now it helps with stress.
4) I’ve actually stopped drinking every weekend, back in the summer I promised myself to stay sober through it all and enjoyed not being hungover on a Saturday morning so although that was not part of the challenge it motivated me to do it.
I’ll like to say a Big thank you to everyone in the group that supported me as going through this challenge with like-minded people makes the difference and also a big thank you for Darren for doing tis challenge.
So chuffed with my results and look forward to keep going with TPTS
