Lindsay Sian comes with a background of sports science, weight loss management and physical well being. Most recently Lindsay has supported many members of weight watchers in her capacity as a area service manager and this also made her a leader of several classes in the Swansea area. Lindsay’s main focus is very much on helping women become the very best that they want to be, and qualifications in gym instruction and personal training Level 3, combined with her background in weight reduction will bring considerable benefit to TPTS Fitness members.
