I first heard about TPTS Fitness Club through their Facebook page and thought i would seek advice and guidance with personal training. I made an initial appointment and spoke to Darren and he made me feel confident from the very beginning. I felt raring to go and start to what i thought would be a never possible task.
The first couple of sessions were very tough but every time i left i felt stronger than the session before. The motivation Darren gave was second to none and i am extremely happy with my results.
The health benefits including taking my blood pressure down to normal was a real positive as well as losing weight and feeling more confident in general.
